Tnsmediagroup runs site work and land excavation for property owners across Waco, Texas and the surrounding McLennan County towns. We handle the dirt end of a project: clearing and grubbing a wooded lot, cutting and filling to a grading plan, digging footings and basements, trenching for utilities, and shaping drainage so water leaves the site the way the engineer drew it. Homeowners, builders, and small commercial clients call us for the same reason, which is a compacted, buildable pad that holds up.

Central Texas ground is not forgiving. A lot of the soil around Waco carries heavy clay that swells and shrinks with the weather, and a pad that was not compacted to spec will telegraph every bit of that movement into the slab above it. We test against a standard Proctor result, usually 95 percent of maximum dry density, and place engineered fill in controlled lifts so the number is real, not assumed.
